Hetzel Tile will pay half the cost.  Current price for one pair is approximately $324.81 which includes tax.  Your cost would be approximately $162.41.   Jake H. can do a weekly deduction on you paycheck for whatever amount you want&#8230;example: $15.00, $20.00 etc. per week.  Ann will need the following  (2) measurements in inches to order: <strong>1. AB<\/strong>-with your knee bent, measure from the top of your knee to the bottom of your bare foot. <strong> 2. C-Calf<\/strong>: measure the widest diameter of your calf.  <strong>Pad is 1&#8243; standard<\/strong>.
